This is my first post as a blogger hello! I'm a 28 year old guy who loves to cook but also loves food which can be a double edged sword if I ever want to get laid again. Right now I'm 5'8 and 205 which sounds like a lot but I have a pretty large frame so for me it's about 20-30 lbs over weight.
Thankfully I have gotten really into playing tennis which has helped me to drop about 20 lbs I was approx 220-225 before with the blood pressure of someone who should be like 40. Fat bastard! Now I only have 2 chins, I'm shooting for 1 and normal blood pressure. One thing about tennis is that if your fat you won't be as good, no shit right? So this has motivated me to eat better and incorporate different exercises into my life like lifting weights, crunches, running (which I hate) etc.
So that is me, but what is this blog about? Shit, I have no idea. OK maybe I do. I will be documenting my weight loss, what I eat and how I cook it. Then after I lose the weight I will try to keep it off by healthy cooking and exercise. I have a real weakness for Chinese take out and anything fried. So on top of cooking healthy another thing I will try to do is not get take out!
